Formating

Main page heading automatically appears at the top of the page and is formatted with the Heading 1 style.
All subsequent headings should use the Heading 2 style, unless you are creating a subheading under the topic. In this case the Heading 3 style should be used.

Notes

A note should be used to highlight important information that the member should be aware of. Notes should have a heading of Note in Heading 2 style and the actual note on the next line in italics.

Step by step instructions

All step by step instructions should be numbered using the numbered list function.
An introduction heading should be used and formatted with the Heading 2 style.
Any command, tab name, button, etc., should be bold to highlight this is what needs to be selected.
The term "select" should be used when referring to clicking on a link, button, tab, etc.
If a numbered point is a complete sentence a period should be used at the end of the sentence.

Tags

Tags should be assigned to all pages. Keep them general. If the page is related to chat use the tag of chat, related to broadcasting use the tab broadcaster, etc.

Discussion Pages

There is a discussion tab associated with each page in the wiki. This discussion is to be used for discussing the actual answer. This includes suggested changes/updates, other possible solutions, etc. This is not to be used for working out problems with members. These types of discussions should be done on the Technical Support Board.

Anyone who has registered an account on the Support Wiki can participate in discussions.
